The digitally remastered Shaw Bros films were very memorable to me and reminded me of the good old days of watching them and I already had started collecting them; however, some of the titles that were supposedly scheduled to be released each month were not available here in the Chinese book store located in Irvine, Orange County, U.S.A. Thank you Celestial Pictures for the nostalgic experience! |

Whilst looking at the top 10 fight scenes, I was disappointed to see that the Wong In-Sik Vs. Police Guards hapkido-a-thon form The Young Master was omitted.....shame really,as this is still the best intro into a martial arts film for a baddie I've ever seen + Wong In-Sik really looked the part and certainly moved the part....especially since he was 40 years old at the time....Anyone else agree? |

good old mighty peking man was released; many reviews were not so delighting, but I like the movie for this was the first movie I saw at the age of ten. Evelyne Kraft was undeniably good. Well, DVD is not released in Japan. If possible I would like to remaster the film into japanese. |

More reviews in the review section. Love the 70's and early 80's flicks. The best movies have these guys in them: Ti Lung, Chen Kuan Tai, Gordon Liu, Fu Sheng, David Chaing. Sure there all Shaw Brothers actors but their movies Shaw or independent are the best. |

So good to have the Shaws back catalogue coming out at long last. Only two gripes - 1) no original English tracks 2)some titles are cut (especially Human Skin Lanterns - a personal fave). Roll on the Oily Manaic! |
